杜绝任何一批不达标原料进入生产线。

National standards only require routine tests on tile raw materials—radiation levels and heavy-metal limits, for example.

• Compositional analysis of every incoming batch to guarantee purity and stability.
• A 24/7 online monitoring system that tracks radioactivity in real time.
• Immediate rejection of any batch that fails to meet our criteria—nothing substandard ever enters the production line.

02｜烧制过程：精度控制在0.2%以内
一块优质瓷砖，取决于背后烧制时的温度、压力、时间配比。

03 | Final Inspection: Standards That Are More Than “A Little” Higher
National standards spell out clear performance requirements for tiles, but BG Gallery operates its own, even stricter system.
In addition, every outgoing batch must clear the following process:
Every batch and every color shade is sampled, with 30 % more samples than typical factories pull.
Sampling is divided into three stages:
1. In-process inspection during production
2. Re-inspection within 72 hours after production
3. A third inspection 30 days after warehouse entry
